In the 2023 elections, PCN finished third in the Chamber of Deputies (4 seats), the Chamber of Senators (5 seats, or 11.50% of the vote), and the presidential election(Paraguayo "Payo" Cubas won 23.56% of the vote). This was an increase from 2018, when PCN finished last in the Chamber of Deputies with 1 seat (1.41% of the vote), second-to-last in the Chamber of Senators with 1 seat (2.48% of the vote), and did not run a presidential candidate.
