Statistics New Zealand’s figures demonstrate a huge demographic change with social and cultural implications which will echo through the centuries ahead . . . At this rate, it won’t take long for New Zealand to be unrecognisable . . . New Zealanders have little or no say on policies that are making irreversible changes to their country.
