In the 2022 parliamentary elections, Nacionālā apvienība (NA) finished fourth, claiming 9.29% of the vote and securing 13 seats in the Saeima. This is the same number of seats NA secured in the 2018 parliamentary elections, though they received 11.01% of the vote total in 2018.
NA won 2 of Latvia's 9 European Parliament seats and joined the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) for the 2024-2029 legislative period. They also held 2 seats in the 2019-2024 legislative period when they were in a coalition with Tēvzemei un Brīvībai/LNNK and Visu Latvijai!.
