Nacionalinis susivienijimas (NS) won one seat – its first – in Lithuania's Seimas, the unicameral legislative branch, in the 2024 elections.
NS failed to gain a seat in its first European Parliament election in 2024, winning just 3.79% of the vote in Lithuania.

"[T]he scale of immigration to Lithuania has become a dangerous phenomenon . . . the national composition is changing . . . at a pace that I probably started calling colonization a few years ago . . . [D]uring the Soviet occupation, during which colonization took place, no one disputes this. Over half a century, about 400-450 thousand colonists arrived in Lithuania. The difference is that it was a forced process, and now it is happening completely legally. However, in terms of scale, there is a huge similarity. Even, I would say, what is happening now far exceeds what happened then. Because over the past 4 years, the number of foreigners in Lithuania has increased 4 times."
