Domovinski pokret (DP) won 14 seats in the 2024 Croatian Assembly elections, the third-most of any party. This result was two seats fewer than the party's coalition had won in 2020. However, DP entered government for the first time following the 2024 election, joining a coalition government led by the center-right HDZ (Croatian Democratic Union).
DP won 1 out of Croatia's 12 seats in the European Parliament in 2024, the party's first European Parliament election. The DP member joined the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR).

"Today and here we must admit to ourselves – if we all allowed this to continue, in about twenty years Croatia would not be the homeland of Croats, but a province inhabited by foreigners, governed by some new governor. The reasons for encouraging and allowing the displacement and extinction of Croats and the withering away of Croatia are unfortunately quite obvious and clear – one cannot lead what one does not like! If we were to allow this insane policy, which is being led by their current Commissioner for Croatia at the behest of big capital and the bosses from Brussels, to continue, the Croatian people and the Croatian state would disappear from the face of the earth. We will not and must not allow this!"
