Greece's legislature, the Hellenic Parliament, is unicameral. Greek Solution occupies 11 out of 300 seats.
In the most recent Hellenic Parliament election, held on June 25, 2023, Greek Solution received 4.44% of votes and won 12 seats. This was a worse performance for Greek Solution than the previous election, which had been held on May 21, 2023. In that election, Greek Solution had won 16 seats but only slightly more of the vote (4.45%).
Greek Solution members occupy 11 seats in the Hellenic Parliament instead of the 12 it won in June 2023 because it expelled one of its own MPs, Pavlos Sarakis, in June 2024 for behavior it deemed improper.
