In the 2023 elections, Vox landed 33 seats and 12.39% of the vote in the 350-member Congress of Deputies, finishing third. This performance was a decline from 2019, when the party had also finished third but had won 52 seats and 15.09% of the vote. Also in 2023, Vox won 0 seats in the Senate, a deccease from the 2 they had won in 2019.
In the 2024 elections, Vox won 6 of Spain's 61 European Parliament seats and joined the Patriots for Europe (PfE). In the 2019 legislative session, Vox held 3 of Spain's 54 seats and was part of the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) group.
