Estonia's parliament, the Riigikogu, is unicameral. In the 2023 general election, Eesti Konservatiivne Rahvaerakond (EKRE) received 16.1% of the vote and won 17 seats in the Riigikogu, a slight decrease from 2019, when they won 19 seats and 17.8% of the vote. After the 2024 EU elections, there was a split in the party. Several prominent members quit and founded the ERK party. EKRE appears to have recovered, attracting more than 500 members in the first months of 2025–more than other opposition parties in Estonia. There are 10 members of the Riigikogu who are EKRE members.
EKRE won 1 out of Estonia's 7 seats in the European Parliament in 2024, with its member of parliament joining the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR). However, that member of parliament left the party after the election, so EKRE holds no seats in the European Parliament. EKRE also won a single seat in the 2019 election, and joined Identity and Democracy (ID).

"What is racist in Europe nowadays is the replacement of indigenous people. That is pure racism . . . There is a massive, massive problem with criminality in Sweden, Finland, Germany, UK that is brought in by . . . immigrants . . . In Sweden, in Norway the rape ratios have gone up a thousandfold."
