Svoboda a pÅ™ímá demokracie (SPD) won 9.6% of the vote share in the 2021 elections, claiming 20 of 200 seats in the Chamber of Deputies. SPD did not run any candidates in the 2022 or 2024 Senate elections.

In the 2017 elections, SPD won 10.6% of the vote and held 22 Parliamentary seats.
In a coalition with Trikolora, SPD claimed 1 of Czechia's 21 European Parliament seats in 2024 and joined the Europe of Sovereign Nations group. In the 2019 session, SPD held 2 of Czechia's 21 seats as part of the Identity and Democracy group.
